By accessing, registering on or using the 10vin platform — including through the website at 10vin.pro or the mobile app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 10vin after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page.

To use 10vin you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 10vin does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Capacity: You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal incapacity, you may not use the platform.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion on 10vin, your exclusion period must have elapsed and the exclusion formally removed before you may re-register or play.
• Not prohibited: You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory ban or other legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.

10vin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

When registering an account on 10vin, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Using false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different phone numbers or payment methods are used — are prohibited.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share it with any other person.
• Account updates: If any of your registered details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly. This includes your mobile number and linked payment method details.
• Non-transferable: Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

10vin reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time, with or without explanation, where we believe the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these terms or in a way that presents a risk to the platform or other players.

All deposits on 10vin are made in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Direct Bank Transfer to supported Pakistani banks

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 10vin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. 10vin does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may have their own transaction charges — check with them separately.

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. The same methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer — are available for withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

• Verification requirement: Accounts must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed. This means providing any identity or payment method documentation requested by the 10vin team.
• Processing time: Verified JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Raast transfers typically complete within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• No fees: 10vin charges no processing fee on withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may have their own charges.

10vin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks. This may happen in cases where there is unusual account activity, a pattern consistent with bonus abuse, or where identity verification is incomplete.

From time to time, 10vin offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each offer.
• One bonus per offer: Each eligible offer may be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim an offer multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire within a set number of days from the date they are credited. Any unclaimed wagering requirement after expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. This is specified per offer.
• Abuse: Any account found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through pattern betting, hedging or arbitrage strategies specifically to extract bonus value — may have bonuses removed and their account reviewed.

Sports Betting on 10vin covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as Football, Esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only accepted when you receive a confirmed bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation have not been placed, regardless of the amount deducted from your balance at the time.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market. In most cases, bets on abandoned Cricket matches with insufficient overs played are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. 10vin reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of live data abuse.
• Maximum payout: Maximum payout limits per event may apply and are displayed in the relevant betting market.

10vin reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict betting markets or void bets on specific markets where there is evidence of unusual or suspicious activity. Decisions made regarding bet settlement are final.

All casino games — including Live Casino, Fish Games and Slots — are operated using certified random number generators or live dealer streams from verified providers. Game results are determined independently and 10vin does not influence outcomes.

• Technical errors: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game, the game session will be completed or the stake returned in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a stated RTP which represents the theoretical percentage returned to players over a very large number of rounds. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game availability: Games may be added, removed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. 10vin is not obligated to keep any specific game available on the platform indefinitely.

10vin takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from Account Settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — an increase takes effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register for the duration of the exclusion.

Gaming on 10vin should be treated as entertainment. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose, and never attempt to use betting as a method to solve financial problems. If you are concerned about your gaming habits, use the responsible gaming tools available in Account Settings or speak to a trusted person.

10vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Registering multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts
• Suspicious activity, fraud or money laundering concerns
• Underage gambling
• At the player's own request (including self-exclusion)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be subject to review before release. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, balances may be voided in full.

All content on the 10vin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, app code and promotional materials — is the property of 10vin or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on 10vin without prior written permission. The 10vin name and logo are brand identifiers and may not be used without authorisation.

10vin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10vin's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player and held in their account at the time of any relevant claim. 10vin is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

10vin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a significant change is made, registered players will be notified via the platform or by the contact details on their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the platform after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
